Welcome to Newberry VA Disability, where we are dedicated to serving those who have served our country. Founded by Attorney Brandon Newberry, himself a 100% disabled Veteran, and supported by his wife Stephanie, our mission is to provide comprehensive assistance to fellow Veterans navigating the complexities of VA disability claims.

Brandon’s journey into law and advocacy began with his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he spent 8 years as an enlisted infantryman. Following his time in the Marines, Brandon continued his commitment to service as a Private Military Contractor while pursuing his law degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. In 2021, he graduated, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing Veterans.

Stephanie, Brandon’s steadfast wife, has been by his side since their Marine Corps days. With her background in paralegal studies from Joliet Junior College, she plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our firm. Together, Brandon and Stephanie form a dynamic team, driven by their shared passion for assisting Veterans and their families.

Beyond their professional endeavors, Brandon and Stephanie are devoted parents to seven children, creating a bustling household filled with love, laughter, and the occasional chaos. Their personal experiences as a military family fuel their dedication to supporting others on their journey to obtaining the benefits they deserve.
